Some Services may require you to create an account (for example, to access courses or member content). You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials secure,
  • all activity under your account,
  • providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You must not share your account access with others unless a specific plan explicitly allows multiple users.

4. Services Offered

Our Services may include:

  • online courses and digital training programs,

Unless clearly stated otherwise, you may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or resell course content,
  • share your login or course access with others,
  • record live sessions without prior written permission,
  • upload course materials to public platforms or file-sharing sites,
  • use our materials to create competing products or training.

3) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Effective Date: [01/01/2026]
Last Updated: [22/02/2026]

This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy explains how cancellations are handled for online programs, live sessions, and corporate training services.

1. Self-Paced Online Courses

Self-paced digital courses are delivered electronically and typically made available immediately after purchase. Once access is granted:

  • cancellations are generally not applicable,
  • refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy (including any active guarantee shown on the specific course page). (randaazar.com)

2. Live Sessions / Coaching / Group Zoom Sessions

For any package that includes live sessions (e.g., weekly Zoom coaching/group sessions):

Participant Rescheduling

  • Requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled (subject to availability).
  • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled live session and do not notify us in advance, the session may be marked as completed and may not be refundable or reschedulable.

Provider Changes

If we need to reschedule a live session due to trainer availability or technical reasons, we will offer:

  • a replacement date/time, or
  • another reasonable solution (such as an alternative session or credit), and where required, a refund.

3. Corporate Training / In-Person Workshops / Custom Programs

For corporate bookings and custom workshops, we recommend using the following default cancellation terms (you can adjust these before publishing to match your business model):

  • 14+ days before scheduled date: Full refund (minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred, if disclosed in advance).
  • 7–13 days before scheduled date: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 7 days before scheduled date: Non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellation / no-show: Non-refundable.

If travel, venue, printing, or third-party costs are involved, those costs may be non-refundable once incurred.

4. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (including internet outages, government restrictions, illness, natural disasters, or similar events). In such cases, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule.
